UI doesn't distringuish "No containers" state from "loading containers from server"

On Deploy->Execution Servers page there are shown details about where are containers deployed respectively what is deployed on specific Kie servers.

If there are no Kie servers where specific container is deployed or if there are no containers deployed on specific Kie server then information pages are shown, see screenshots.

However same pages are shown in case when required informations are fetched (for example when user clicks on refresh button).

If fetching of informations takes more time (remotely placed Kie servers, lagging network) then it is impossible for user to distinguish if fetching is still in progress or there are no containers deployed.

When informations are fetched then it should be indicated somehow - showing different page with informations about fetching or some pop-up window.
