Server template selection

If you use multiple server templates and open e. g. Process Definitions perspective, by default no template is displayed (button reads “Server Templates”) and the list of definitions is empty.

Inexperienced users may be confused by not seeing any information.

Either a template should be selected by default, or there should be a warning or information message that you need to select a template first. Perspectives without any server template selected don't bring much value.
