SSO between workbench and dashbuilder does not work as expected when changed to another use

After logging in as one user into workbench and opening dashbuilder, the same user is also logged in thanks to the single-sign-on. However, after logging out and logging in as another user, the same user from previous login is logged in into the dashbuilder application. I used users with admin and analyst roles, but i believe this behavior is role-independent.
EDIT: The behavior is probably not caused by dashbuilder, if we switch the applications in steps to reproduce the same behavior occurs from workbench side. This issue only happens on EAP 7, on EAP 6.4 it's working correctly.
