      1. Open the attached process in BPMN2 Modeler
      2. Double click escalation boundary event
      3. Edit the Escalation event definition
      4. In the Escalation combo box will be "not much readable" escalation
        • Expected is some more readable name for the escalation similar to the escalation code

      The jbpm-designer doesn't generate name attribute for escalations. This can be spotted if a process containing an escalation is opened in BPMN2 modeler. There is used the escalation id instead of the escalation name. See the combo box escalation in the attached screenshot.
