When removing jBPM runtime from workbench and instead interacting with remote kie servers there is a need to capture user details so they can be used when sending requests to KIE Server on behalf of authenticated users.

Since there is no standard mechanism to issue http requests from authenticated user in workbench, a custom login module should be provided to capture these details and provide in subject as additional principal.
