IE11: Creating lots of deployments fail on Windows

      1. Create a new project with Version=1, build and deploy.
      2. Set GAV to Version=2, Save, and Build nad Deploy
      3. Repeat utill Version=20

      Creating 10-20 deployments by creating a new project then build and deploy. And then changing version of the GAV from 1-20 fails with modal dialog error on Windows.
