Make workbench menus select state visible

    Description

      While navigating across the multiple menu items in the workbench, there is no visual feedback to the user that the current menu is selected. Ideally we should provide the same visual indicator as recommended by PatternFly. It also enhances the notion of context for the current screen/perspective that the user is working on.
