Case Roles

Ability to associate roles with a case (both at the case definition and case instance level).

a. when defining a process in designer, roles can be associated with a process (stored in the process xml)
b. at runtime, for a specific process instance, a user can be assigned to a role (stored in the process instance)
c. console is extended to show current roles (from definition), role assignments (from instance) and allow editing these (either assigning someone to an existing role or adding a new role)
