Provide remote API to get annotated process instance image

A remote API to get the annotated process diagram with information about active / completed instances, similar to the process instance diagram in the workbench.

Should be based on the SVG generated by designer.

Output should be SVG or PNG or similar, so it can easily be embedded in external applications.
