In the documentation there is mention for placing indexes on some of the foreign keys, but there are a lot of foreign keys that do not have indexes. This opens up the possibility for table level locks that will degrade performance during high throughput scenarios.

I have attached a SQL script that will create the missing indexes on an Oracle datasource.
