Timer with ISO format fails when used with business calendar

When timer definition is configured with ISO date format and then business calendar is used timer creation failed as it cannot recognize the format and thus fails at creating timer instance.
ISO format (duration and cycle) should be supported with business calendar while date should be ignored by business calendar as it directly refers to concrete date and business calendar should not affect it whatsoever.
