As a side note, it looks like the karaf standard features.xml references org.apache.geronimo.specs artifacts (as does the camel features.xml) and I wonder if this won't cause issues at runtime (i.e. two bundles providing the same API). It appears the 6.0.x branch uses the apache artifacts instead of the jboss artifacts.
