      1. Open designer in business-central
      2. save business process
      3. save it again

      Actual results:
      error pop-up is displayed

      no error message will be displayed

      Description of problem:
      In designer, user can save bpmn2 without any ERROR message at first time. From the 2nd time, every time user saves it, error message is displayed as modal panel. The error pop-up says:
