Protect jbpm executor from attempting to store more data than it should

in case of an error, jbpm executor will attempt to store error message and stack trace into data base. In some case both message and stack trace can be quite big which will make the executor fail with storing the information.

Executor should protect itself from storing more data than it's capable of.
