Profiles support for web applications (jbpm-console-ng and lie-wb)

Allow to run web applications (jbpm-console-ng and kie-wb) with different profiles that provide different runtime capabilities. To start with:
1. full profile that is activated by default that provides complete feature set of the application
2. execution server profile that deactivates all UI components and enables only remote capabilities of the application - REST interface
3. ui server profile that deactivates all remote capabilities of the application -REST interface and allows only UI based access to the application
