Create new component "Filter summary"

Should be interesting to have a new component "Filter summary" for dasbuilder module that shows all filtered properties and its values for a dashboard.

The current filter component, only shows the filtered property and its value when that property is selected as visible in configuration mode.

So, creating the "filter summary" component, the user will have feedback about filtered properties when drill-down into a graph values.

This new feature request comes from the need discussed in https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=961624
