Encoding problem with forms

      1 - Download and install the jbpm 5.4 version from SourceForge
      2 - Create a sample process with a user task type and some DataInputSet
      3 - Generate the form with the "Generate Task Form Templates"
      4 - Click the "Edit Task Form" in the task created
      5 - Add in the form some special characters like áéíóú
      6 - Save the form
      7 - Open again the form and you're going to see garbage characters

      I try to modify a form in the editor and use special characters like:

      áéíóúñàèìòù

      but when I save the changes and try to open the form again, the characters don't display as it is supposed.

      This problem persist when data is sent in the form as you can see in the request payload section:
