When we include a human task in a workflow, it appears that the CommandBasedWSHumanTaskHandler is used by the runtime.

In digging around to find a non-deprecated implementation, AsyncMinaHTWorkItemHandler seems to be a good choice, but I cannot contribute this as a service task as it has to be constructed with the KnowledgeRuntime, and I have not seen an example of the CustomWorkItemHandlers.conf where any constructor arguments have been used.

It would be good to be able to reference the KnowledgeRuntime in the CustomWorkItemHandlers.conf file, thereby being able to construct these other work item handlers. This would also allow me to use the KnowledgeRuntime directly in my custom work item handlers.
