Description of problem:
When a new process is created through Guvnor, its package has already been
determined. At this stage, the package name should arguably even be immutable.
It is currently left to the user to type the package name

2. Observe the package property in the right-side panel

Package is left empty

Package would be set to correspond to the enclosing BRMS package
