Validation should be applied to incoming jpdl before trying to migrate, provided by jbpmmigration api

Incoming jpdl file can be validated against jpdl 3.2 XSD before trying to parse garbage. See api JpdlValidator.validateDefinition(File). We can change that to a string if you like, and output as needed.
