It seems that the runtime engine doesn't support the "timeDate" attribute.
The process engine raises the following error message during the build of process that contains a timer catch event with the "timeDate" attribute's defined:
[-1,-1]: Process 'Process for Internal' [bugTimerDate]: Node 'Catch' [2] has timer with no delay specified.
