Description
The birt URL is sending a redirect. Ant is not automatically going to the new url.
Correct URL = http://download.eclipse.org/birt/downloads/drops/R-R1-2_3_2_2-200906011507/birt-runtime-2_3_2_2.zip
Still with the new URL, Ant is timing out. Manual download is a workaround
