When using a ProcessInstanceQuery it is possible to search by processBusinessKey and also by processDefinitionId. The ProcessInstanceQuery should be extended so that process instances can also be searched by processDefinitionKeys. This is useful in situations where you want to retrieve all process instances of the same process definition but in different versions.
