TaskQuery has wrong / missing property constants

TaskQuery #PROPERTY_CREATEDATE = "create" <> jbpm.task.hbm.xml property name="createTime"

Also some properties are missing, like "state"

TaskQuery is not the only interface of that kind, extend and correct although other Query interfaces.
