verify the strategy as this might have a db impact

preferrably the strategy should be to re-enable persistence of task local variables. this is also related to the sub-process parameters thing. as task local variables should be passed as parameters similarly to the sub-process parameters

alternative strategy could be to only use the task-activity scoped process variables. in that case the task variable map can be kept in comment as it is now in the hibernate mappings
