Reference external task forms

External task forms should be reference by URL from the task editor. Most simple form would be an external html form embedded in an iframe, similiar to how the reporting is integrated.

Most work probably goes into the backend implementation to make the actual form technology pluggable (FormManager component) as described here: http://relative-order.blogspot.com/2009/03/task-management-extensions-human.html
