how do I create a new space on a fresh business central ui?

Trying to create a project from a fresh 7.73.0.Final download taken from the official

jbpm.org page.

After starting with /bin/standalone.bat, and logging in with john/john,

Don't see an option to create a space, there is no default space on my initial 7.73.0.Final installation, CAN'T FIND an option on the ui to create a new working space.

the page only displays as initial UI for PROJECTS: "Nothing Here There are currently no Spaces available for you to view or edit. To get started, create a new Space."

when I look on the chrome explorer for this page, it appears the styles.css is not loading: Failed to load resource: the server responded with a status of 404 (Not Found) styles.css
