Router should disconnect also servers throwing SSLException or subclasses

There's a scenario for Smart Router connected to servers through TLS protocol where there is no "circuit breaker" pattern due to the SSLException family is not considered to disconnect those serves (only SocketException and UnknownHostException are handled).

In this case, it should be also treated the same as proposed with jira JBPM-6124 for the smart router to be aware of crashed Kie Servers configured under secured connection.
