The shortcuts were created correctly in Start menu but I failed to start the server using them.
On clicking the Start Server icons created in Start Menu there was a flickering console that opened and closed in matter of seconds.
I was able to start the server manually from CLI.
Also, Shutdown Server and Uninstall shortcuts from startup menu worked correctly.
