[MODCLUSTER-140] Rpc failure can lead to failure to deploy a webapp

      When using JBoss HTTP Connector (mod_cluster), an RPC (remote procedure call) failure could cause deployment of a web application to fail because RPC call exceptions were propagated to the web container. Such exceptions are no longer propagated and the problem no longer occurs.
