      This was not the reason of test failures.
      JAXB 2.1.x works like a charm on JDK7.
      But investigating this issue allowed me to find the real cause :)

      Caused by: com.sun.xml.bind.v2.runtime.IllegalAnnotationsException: 1 counts of IllegalAnnotationExceptions
      java.lang.StackTraceElement does not have a no-arg default constructor.
