For some resources: When creating a resource, its 'name' form element is not validated, that means you can leave it empty and Console doesn't raise any error. Of course it will fail on the server, so you cannot break anything by this, but it can be quite confusing. Consider this issue with low priority.

I will add more resource types which need this - when I find more of them:

• all thread pool types (queueless, bounded, scheduled....)
• all logging handler types (console, file, periodic,size,..)
