Rajesh, the main issue is that
jboss-as/server/all/deploy/jbossws.sar/jbossws-context.war is a file in GA and an exploded archive in CP03.

As you suggested, we can try to remove the file in one step and copy the dir in another, however I'm not sure if this is possible to do automatically. Tweaking the install process xml file may be another solution.

Meanwhile, I'm attaching a fixed patches.build.xml, besides typos I also removed
deploy/jms/jbossmq-destinations-service.xml
Not sure why this file was there... It was in the list Fernando has sent out, but I don't see any changes, can this please be double checked?

Moreover please add
bin/jboss_init_redhat.sh
bin/jboss_init_suse.sh
to patches.build.xml
