Node disconnected from journal hangs on shutdown

    Description

      EAP server (with HQ installed) disconnected from journal put HQ component down. This is expected behaviour. But if EAP server in this state is shutdowned using ctrl-c then this server hangs. Detailed information are in JBPAPP-7205.
