Seam examples do not have their readme.txt files in the binary dist

For some reason none of the examples in the seam distribution embedded with the EAP binary have their "readme.txt' files. The examples in the source distribution do.

These "readme.txt" files are important for understanding the example, and what steps may be needed for deployment.

It will be confusing to users if they are not in binary dist.
