On Red Hat Enterprise Linux, menu items created by the installer were not available to all users, despite the checkbox "Create shortcuts for all users" being checked. The cause was inverted logic in the installer, so that the menu items created were available to all users only if the "Create shortcuts for all users" was <emphasis>not</emphasis> checked. This problem has now been fixed.
