Documentation for windows installation doesn't mention JAVA_HOME variable

      It was discovered that Windows customers were encountering problems when installing the platform using the Graphical Installer. Not correctly setting the JAVA_HOME environment variable before running the installer caused an warning message to display. The Installation Guide has been updated with a Task prerequisite of setting JAVA_HOME, with links to the appendix containing these instructions.

      With a Windows installation made by installer jar (I suppose zip will behave analogically),
      if JAVA_HOME environment variable is not set on Windows, the server starting script reports:

      -----------------------------------------------------------------------
      JAVA_HOME is not set. Unexpected results may occur.
      Set JAVA_HOME to the directory of your local JDK to avoid this message.
      -----------------------------------------------------------------------

      So please, add a note in docs that JAVA_HOME must be set up manually.
