The jUDDI console in SOA-P also requires commons-beanutils.jar.
It would be helpful if it was moved from:

server/*/deploy/admin-console.war/WEB-INF/lib/commons-beanutils.jar

to:

server/*/lib/commons-beanutils.jar

in the EAP assembly.
