Fencing for GFS2/SAN was not discussed anywhere in the HornetQ User Guide. While Fencing is required by HornetQ, the variety of ways to enable Fencing precludes specific discussion in the User Guide. To fix the issue, a new "Fencing" section was added to the "High Availability and Fail-over" Chapter. The section describes how to locate more information about configuring Fencing in other Red Hat documentation.

      Hi Jared,
we have tried to test HornetQ HA on the recommended configuration (GFS+SAN) but we have discovered that HA does not work when the server is removed from the electrical outlet. It is necessary to have configured fencing feature on GFS. We think that our official documentation should contain information about this requirement (it is our product on our OS and file system).

Could you ping Clebert and Tomas Herfert (therfert) from eng-opts for correct formulations, please?
      Thank you.
