      Changes to how cluster health is managed in JBoss Messaging are included in the Messaging User Guide. A new section called "Configure the MessagingClusterHealthMBean" describes the new health monitoring functionality included in the new MBean. MaxRetry and RetryInterval parameters are documented in the JDBCPersistenceManager,
      JMSUserManager, and MessagingPostOffice MBean sections. Parameters that are unique to MessagingPostOffice (KeepOldFailoverModel, and NodeStateRefreshInterval) are documented in that section.
