plus (+) in path makes classloader think it should load classes from URL

Steps to reproduce:

1) Unzip EAP to /tmp/a+b
2) Start it.
3) It will fail with ClassNotFoundException or such, early in the loading process.
When the patch is changed to /tmp/ab, it starts normally.

Actually found with JON 2.4.1 which is based on EAP.
