Need doc fix for JBPAPP-4638 for 4.2 :

Section 6.2 of the installation guide, Installation using RHN, says you need to add the jbappplatform-4.3.0-[i386|x86_64]-[server-5|as-4|as-5]-rpm channel. You also need to add the RHEL Supplementary channel so that you can install the java-1.5.0-devel package.
