Description
building resteasy from sources with mvn install fails.
From previous communication, I understand that this is due to some race conditions in the TJWS test server.
We had couple of e-mail exchanges about this and it seems that this won't be fixed in 1.2.x branch.
Therefore we should add a Release note (Known Issue) about this.
