Post Pre-Release Fixes for HornetQ (Customer Specific)

Note that these instructions assume that the HornetQ switch.sh script has already been executed.         2. Replace $JBOSS_HOME/common/lib/hornetq-core.jar with the version contained in this patch distribution.         3. Replace $JBOSS_HOME/client/hornetq-core-client.jar with the version contained in this patch distribution.         4. Replace $JBOSS_HOME/server/all/deploy/jms-ra.rar/hornetq-ra.jar with the version contianed in this patch distribution.         5. Replace $JBOSS_HOME/server/default/deploy/jms-ra.rar/hornetq-ra.jar with the version contianed in this patch distribution.         6. Replace $JBOSS_HOME/server/production/deploy/jms-ra.rar/hornetq-ra.jar with the version contianed in this patch distribution.         7. Replace $JBOSS_HOME/server/standard/deploy/jms-ra.rar/hornetq-ra.jar with the version contianed in this patch distribution.         8. Replace $JBOSS_HOME/server/$SERVER_CONFIG/deploy/jms-ra.rar/hornetq-ra.jar in any other server configuration that has been created.
