Fix RF-10035 DocumentBuilder performance issue

PATCH NAME:         JBPAPP-3156 PRODUCT NAME:         JBoss Enterprise Application Platform VERSION:         5.1.0 SHORT DESCRIPTION:         Fix RF-10035 DocumentBuilder performance issue LONG DESCRIPTION:         Prior to this fix the Richfaces creates a org.apache.xerces.jaxp.DocumentBuilder instance for each request in ResponseWriterContentHandler.java, which causes bad performance. MANUAL INSTALL INSTRUCTIONS:         Replace the following jar files with new jar files in this patch: -         %JBOSS_EAP_HOME%/seam/lib/richfaces-api.jar         %JBOSS_EAP_HOME%/seam/lib/richfaces-impl.jar         %JBOSS_EAP_HOME%/seam/lib/richfaces-ui.jar         And make sure to replace jar files in your web application too.
