CLONE -jsfejb3 and seamejb3 examples have build errors because of missing lib directories

Neither of these examples could build out of the box. The build.xml files assume that there is a "<sampleapp>/lib" directory that is not there. Adding an empty "lib" directories and the build.xml worked. Options are add empty lib directories or change the build.xml file to not look for them.
