Sending messages with duplicate ID can end up of message loss in case of XA rollback (after a prepare)

At the end of a clustered HornetQ test involving failover, messages are missing. The PreparedTransactions table has nothing in it. The log has "Duplicate message detected - transaction will be rejected" messages for each message that is missing.
