jakarta-commons-collections-3.2.1-3.4.el6 is the latest in base RHEL 6, and in order to have our EAP package winning over the base one, we need to upgrade to 3.2.1.
Yiqiao has already upgraded it for ep5.el6: jakarta-commons-collections-3.2.1-4.ep5.el6 and it's already on the MEAD repo.
The outstanding builds are the el4, el5 and the change to the component-matrix/pom.xml.
