A hard-coded node limit in the eviction event queue caused initial state transfer deadlocks on JBoss Cache regions with more than 200,000 nodes. The fix removes the hard-coded limit from the eviction queue size and allows customers to configure the eviction queue size. Customers can now tailor the eviction queue to meet their individual requirements.

When the cache has more than 200,000 entries, state transfer deadlocks on the joining node,
due to filling up and blocking the eviction queue before the eviction thread has been started.
