EAP 4.3.0CP09 Seam Release Notes Issues

• Missing JBPAPP-3125, JBPAPP-4060, JBPAPP-4316 from Resolved Issues

• Missing JBPAPP-5312 from Known Issues

Marek's notes:

• There are 2 versions of Seam in 4.3.9, so note about - "Seam version
  used in this release is 1.2.1.GA" is not accurate and anyway wrong.
  There should be 1.2.1.EAP_4.3_CP09 for Seam1 version and for Seam2
  should be mentioned 2.0.2-FP.

• Because of two Seam version in 4.3.9, there should be also identified
  what version is related to sections "Seam known issues". I would suggest
  Seam1 known issues and Seam2 known issues titles.
